Mural “Combatientes de Sierralumi”
La obra mural es una representación de Jerónimo Huaylinos y Candelaria Estrada, líderes y guerrilleros defensores de Comas y del Perú que lucharon, resistieron y vencieron durante la invasión (capitalista) Chilena – Inglesa en 1879
Jerónimo en poncho se ubica en la parte derecha del mural portando la bandera nacional que flamea envolviendo a Candelaria, quien se encuentra enérgica portando una lanza sujetadas por ambas manos, en su cintura vemos una honda a manera de faja y un telar que porta en la espalda.
La obra pretende visibilizar la memoria histórica, la heroicidad y la resistencia del pueblo Comasino , Concepción - Huancayo, y pone de manifiesto que a través de la historia solo el pueblo armado a defendido al pueblo.
The Mural "Combatants of Sierralumi" is a representation of Jerónimo Huaylinos and Candelaria Estrada, leaders and guerrilla supporters of Comas and Peru who fought, resisted and defeated during the Chilean - English invasion in 1879
Jerónimo in poncho is located on the right side of the mural carrying the national flag that flames enveloping Candelaria, who is energetic carrying a lance held by both hands, in his waist we see a sling like a belt and a loom that carries in the back.
The work aims to highlight the historical memory, heroism and resistance of the Comasino people, Concepción - Huancayo, and shows that through history only the armed people have defended the people.
